How many years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience do you have?

Describe your experience preparing, processing, or reviewing payroll. Include approximately how many employees were involved and your specific responsibilities.

Have you been responsible for billing customers, families, students, or clients and following up on past-due accounts?

Have you worked with FACTS SIS/FACTS Tuition Management or another student information, tuition-management, ERP, or billing system? If yes, identify the system and briefly describe your experience.

Have you been responsible for maintaining confidential employee records or performing Human Resources administrative functions such as I-9 documentation, leave tracking, benefits enrollment, personnel files, or employee deductions? Please describe your experience.

Have you personally prepared monthly financial reports for management, an owner, executive leadership, Finance Committee, or Board of Directors? If yes, identify the types of reports you prepared and your role in preparing them.

This position requires accuracy, confidentiality, direct communication with families regarding past-due accounts, recurring payroll and financial deadlines, and the ability to independently identify and resolve discrepancies.
