We recently changed our text notification system from Notifymyschool to FACTS. Beginning today (July 13, 2023) text alerts from Columbia Academy will be coming from this new system. To help you identify CA text alerts on your mobile device, each text received will come from the number 31706 and will begin with “CA Info.”
Te ensure you receive CA text alerts, do the following from EACH mobile device listed in Renweb/FACTS:
- Text the word START to the number 31706
- Don’t opt out using the STOP method
