New Financial Policy Changes


To our patrons we want to say thank you for your choosing to send your child(ren) to Columbia Academy. As you are aware, we did not increase tuition this year. We are working as a school to prioritize spending and to cut expenses where possible so we can effectively operate within the budget restraints that we have. Since our school operates on patron funding, it is vital for patrons to keep their accounts current. As a result, the Board of Directors have implemented policy changes for this school year that affects cafeteria purchases and past due amounts. This information can be accessed on the school website under the Admissions Tab.


The past due amount changes in the Financial Policy affect only those patrons who allow their accounts to be 60 days or more past due. The new cafeteria policy affects all patrons and requires a form to be signed and turned into the Business Office by the start of school.
