Dear Patrons,

As many of you know food prices have soared. Basically everything we purchase is costing more than last year. Our goal remains the same as is was three years ago, not to be just another school lunchroom. We strive to offer our children great meals and offer healthy options. We are glad to give them the right to choose rather than put food on their plate and hand it to them. We've had to raise prices on some things. A lot of time has been put into keeping our prices as low as possible. We can't offer lunches at prices that some schools do, without government assisted funds. Were doing some things different to keep the prices down, hand battering our own chicken and making up our own hamburger patties. These are a few examples of keeping our cost down and at the same time offering better food. Please keep in mind that the lunchroom is owned and operated by Columbia Academy. When your children eat in the lunchroom it helps support our school.
