Cafeteria Charges Policy
Columbia Academy’s cafeteria utilizes a cashless system for food purchases. Patrons must pre-deposit funds into their school account for monthly cafeteria purchases. In the event cafeteria charges exceed pre-deposited funds, all patrons are responsible for paying any balance in full and pre-depositing additional funds for cafeteria purchases.
Columbia Academy will bank draft the full amount of unpaid cafeteria charges shown on a patron’s account on the day the patron has pre-selected to be the day the school will draft their tuition and fees (either on the 5th, 10th, or 15th).
This policy has been approved by the Board of Directors of Columbia Academy for the 2018-2019 School Year and following.
