Cafeteria Charges Policy


Columbia Academy’s cafeteria utilizes a cashless system for all food purchases. Patrons must predeposit funds into their school account for monthly cafeteria purchases. In the event cafeteria charges exceed pre-deposited funds, all patrons are required to place a credit/debit card on file for cafeteria charges for their student(s). Credit card information must be entered using the RENWEB system. Cafeteria charges for the previous month are due by the 10th of the following month. If cafeteria charges are not paid in full by the 10th of the month for the previous month, the credit/debit card on file will be charged the full amount plus a 5% handling fee (no exceptions). It is the patron's responsibility to ensure the credit/debit card on file is current. There will be a $50 fee charged for cards that are declined and the student's account will be immediately suspended until paid in full (to include all charges).
