Admission Process

 

If you are not already familiar with Columbia Academy, we invite you to call and schedule an appointment to visit our school and talk with our staff.  An onsite visit provides an opportunity to learn about the school’s policies, academics, activities, and the admission process.  In certain cases, we allow prospective students to come spend some time in the school on a pass.  If you would like a tour, please contact Myra Williams in the Business Office.

 

Step One

 

Obtain an Application for Enrollment card and tuition cost sheet from the Business Office.

 

Step Two

 

Submit a completed Application for Enrollment accompanied by the required fees. 

Also submit a copy of your child’s:

 

  • Birth Certificate

  • Social Security Card

  • Immunization Record

  • Report Card

  • Transcript (9 - 12 Grades only)

 

Step Three

 

The counselor will contact your child’s previous school to review his/her grade, absentee, and disciplinary history.  The administration and the membership committee of the Board of Directors will review your application.  A decision will be made concerning enrollment and you will be notified as soon as possible.
